Refund policy

• All handmade bags, wristlets, wallets have a 3 month warranty under normal wear & tear
• If your handmade item has a failure, you can return for repair at no cost
• Full refunds are only accepted within 10 days of purchase/delivery, the item is un used & in the original packaging. 
• As with any handmade item, you may see imperfections, which make your item uniquely yours. Not factory made.
